La Torre Resort, near the town of Balsicas, is built on 1.4 million square
metres surrounded by a secure perimeter wall. Spread around the Nicklaus
designed course will be 2,634 homes in a well planned layout of wide avenues
flanked by vegetation. Clustered around the man-made lake will be the resort's
Town Centre with shops, cafes, restaurants, a five star hotel, and the resort's
management offices.
