Hacienda Riquelme, Polaris World's latest resort released in February 2004, adds
another Nicklaus Design 18 hole course to the other three available to owners
and their guests. The 1.3
million square metres site will include 1,864 apartments, a Country Club, Golf School
and a Town Centre complex. As with the other resorts Hacienda Riquelme will
feature wide open spaces and vegetation to create a tranquil, attractive
environment. Construction starts at the end of 2004 and the Golf Course along
with the first phase of properties is scheduled for completion during the first
half of 2006.
