El Valle will be the most exclusive of the three Polaris World resorts. The 1.1
million square metres will be occupied by the 18 hole Dave Thomas designed
course, the Town Centre complex and just 688 properties. This low density of
buildings allows for acres of open space and vegetation. Also the Villas are
more spacious than normal, many on front line golf plots. Particular attention
has been paid to the design and interior styling of all properties.
